(A) The Foreman, the Assistant Foreman, the Pump Station Operator and the Facilities Manager shall be compensated as otherwise provided in this Code of Ordinances and shall receive such benefits as may otherwise be provided in this Code of Ordinances.
(B) The automotive mechanics, operators, construction maintenance workers, environmental maintenance workers, general mechanics, custodians and maintenance workers, shall be compensated according to, and shall enjoy such benefits as provided in, the collective bargaining agreement between the city and the Communication Workers of America.
