§ 1248.19 DEDICATIONS; ACCEPTANCE BY CITY.
   (A)   Any street or improvement constructed by a developer may, after 24 months from the date of completion, be dedicated to the city for public use and maintenance. A developer may apply to the city after such period for acceptance of such dedication. Such developer shall be subject to the terms of the Developer’s Agreement to Secure Performance of Development Plans. See Appendix III following the text of these subdivision regulations for the form of the Agreement.
   (B)   Prior to acceptance of any street and/or improvement for public use and maintenance, and prior to the release of the two-year maintenance bond as provided in § 1248.14, the City Engineer shall determine that the street and/or improvements proposed for acceptance for public use and maintenance are in full compliance with this Code of Ordinances, and shall further require, at that time, that the developer flush and videotape on color film all sewers proposed for such acceptance.
   (C)   The contractor and/or developer who is having the sewers videotaped shall give a copy of such tape to the city.
