§ 1248.18 UTILITIES TO BE PLACED UNDERGROUND.

In all subdivisions involving the improvement of streets to be dedicated to the city, the developer is required to install all utilities underground, including electric power and telephone distribution systems, in such a manner as to conform with existing engineering standards, and approved by the City Engineer.
