§ 1248.16 FAILURE TO COMPLETE IMPROVEMENTS.

If the developer fails to complete the installation of all land improvements according to the terms and conditions of the agreement, the city, upon proper notice, may complete the same and appropriate such portion of money or guarantee posted for the faithful performance of such work.
