§ 244.12 FULL-TIME RECORDS CLERK.
   (A)   The position of full-time Records Clerk is hereby established in the city’s Police Department.
   (B)   The duties of the full-time Records Clerk shall consist of those duties contained in the job description attached to original Ordinance 177-03, passed December 1, 2003, as Exhibit “A” and made a part thereof as if fully rewritten therein.
   (C)   Said full-time position of Records Clerk for the Police Department shall be classified as Level 4.
