Officials and employees of the city shall not be employed by or receive compensation from any developer for planning or seeking approval of any subdivision or development within the jurisdiction of these subdivision regulations. Officials and employees may make suggestions and recommendations for improvements to sketches and plans submitted as part of their official duties.
