(A) These regulations shall take effect and be in force 30 days after adoption. These regulations shall not be construed to require the preparation and recording of a final plat of a subdivision which has been staked out and for which sales or contracts of sales have been lawfully made, or for property sold or contracted for sale according to the description by which it was acquired or according to an unrecorded plat lawfully used prior to the above date.
(B) A copy of these regulations shall be certified by the Planning Commission to the County Recorder.
