Notification to current residents located within 1,000 feet of any new development(s) shall be made by the Building Department, by regular mail, prior to the Growth Planning and Zoning and first Planning Commission meeting regarding said development(s) informing said residents that such development is scheduled to be considered for approval and advising the notified residents of the right to comment at Growth Planning and Zoning and Planning Commission meeting. As used herein, the term “developments” includes all development projects, whether residential or nonresidential.
