§ 1220.01 VICE-CHAIRPERSON.
   (A)   The position of Vice-Chairperson of the Planning Commission is hereby established.
   (B)   The Vice-Chairperson shall be elected by the Commission from among its appointed members.
   (C)   The Vice-Chairperson shall perform the duties of Chairperson in the temporary absence of the Chairperson of the Planning Commission.
