§ 244.05 AGE LIMITS FOR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENTS.

A person 21 years old or older may receive an original appointment to the Police Department, provided he or she meets all the other requirements provided for by the Civil Service Commission, the ordinances of the city and the laws of the state.
