(A) There is hereby established the position of Police Dispatcher Clerk Jail Guard, which office shall be under the supervision of the Mayor. The Mayor shall, subject to the rules and regulations of the Civil Service Commission, employ a Police Dispatcher Clerk Jail Guard.
(B) The compensation for such position shall be established and included in the city pay ordinance and approved by Council.
(C) The Civil Service Commission shall set forth the duties of the Police Dispatcher Clerk Jail Guard and shall include the essential knowledge, ability, skills and qualifications required of applicants.
