§ 1044.05 DEPOSIT OF MONEYS COLLECTED.

All moneys collected by the city as charges pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in the Sewer Fund, to be used in accordance with Ohio R.C. 729.52 or as provided by the city charter or other ordinances.
