(A) The quarterly sanitary sewer charge for any property classified as C, D or E Zoning shall be the greater of: $20; or $4.77 per 1,000 cubic feet of water furnished to the premises by the City of Cleveland Division of Water during that period. This shall be the fee through June 20, 2016.
(B) From July 1, 2016 and through June 30, 2020, the quarterly sanitary sewer charge for any property classified as C, D or E Zoning shall be the greater of: $33 or $7.87 per 1,000 cubic feet of water furnished to the premises by the City of Cleveland Division of Water during that period.
(C) Beginning July 1, 2020, the quarterly sanitary sewer charge for any property classified as C, D or E Zoning shall be the greater of: $38 or $9.07 per 1,000 cubic feet of water furnished to the premises by the City of Cleveland Division of Water during that period.
