§ 242.03 ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT AND DISABILITY INSURANCE.

(A) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make payments on behalf of the Fire Department members to the Ohio State Firemen’s Association for the premiums for accidental death and dismemberment and disability insurance.

(B) The total premium paid by the city shall not exceed $3,000 per year.
