Connections to storm sewers shall be for the removal of surface, roof and ground water from surface water inlets, catch basins, yard drains, downspouts from roofs, cistern overflows, subsoil drains, foundation drains, loading dock floor drains, and for no other purpose. No water or waste of the character described in this section shall be admitted to sanitary sewers.
