§ 1042.15 PERMITTED DISCHARGES TO SANITARY SEWERS.
   A sanitary sewer shall be used for all water-borne wastes from water closets, urinals, slop sinks, lavatories, bathtubs, showers, laundry tubs, refrigerator drips, soda fountains, drinking fountains, sinks, floor drains and stable floor drains, whether from residences, factories or businesses, as provided by the Ohio Revised Code, and for no other purpose. No wastes from such fixtures shall be permitted to enter any storm sewer, and no connection shall be permitted to be made from such fixtures to storm sewers. No wastes which are likely to cause damage to or stoppage of sewers or which may interfere with treatment of sewage shall be permitted to enter sanitary sewers, and if any such wastes are discovered, the sewer discharging such wastes shall be disconnected and the offending waste shall be treated or otherwise disposed of by the owner.
