§ 1042.10 STORM SEWER CONNECTIONS; INSPECTIONS; PERMIT.
   (A)   All new storm sewer connections shall be inspected to ensure their proper installation.
   (B)   The inspection of all new storm sewer connections shall be at the direction and under the supervision of the City Engineer.
   (C)   No person shall make a connection to a storm sewer in the city without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Director.
