§ 1042.02 CONNECTION WITH SANITARY SEWERS REQUIRED WHEN AVAILABLE.

No property owner in the city shall fail to make use of a public sanitary sewer facility that is available to him or her within 90 days of the time such sanitary sewer line is installed.
