§ 236.29 PARK AND RECREATION FACILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created a new capital projects fund to be known as the Park and Recreation Facilities Capital Improvement Fund.
   (B)   The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and instructed to effect the intent of this section.
