The Mayor is hereby authorized to have the driveways of all city officials, department heads, employees and members of the Police Department and the Fire Department cleared as he or she deems necessary at his or her discretion for the preservation of the health, peace, safety and welfare of the residents of the city during an emergency caused by an act of God or otherwise.
