Because snow removal service will sometimes cause damage to grass and surrounding land and/or mailboxes, and while the city shall use all reasonable effort to avoid such damage, each applicant, by applying for the snow removal program and accepting the benefits thereof, will assume the risk of any and all said damage and, in consideration of participation in such program, shall be required to release and
indemnify the city, in writing, in a form approved by the Law Director, from all liability for any such damage.
