§ 1028.04 SUPERVISION OF PROGRAM.

The Director of Public Service shall administer the rules and regulations, and any questions concerning the same shall be addressed to him or her. All residents who qualify for snow removal service will be expected to fully cooperate with the Department of Public Service in providing such service. Any violation of the rules and regulations shall result in termination of service.
