§ 1026.09 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

The Shade Tree Commission may authorize officers or employees of the city, with the consent of the owner, to enter upon private property for the purpose of examining any tree or other plant located thereon for the purpose of carrying out the purposes of this chapter.
