§ 1026.04 REMOVAL AND MAINTENANCE OF TREES ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   Trees or shrubs planted upon a public way, curb strip, street, alley or city property may be removed or maintained by the city as necessary to protect the public health, safety, welfare and aesthetics. The Shade Tree Commission may cause the removal or maintenance of any such tree or shrub by using city employees, Commission members or private contractors under contract with the city.
