§ 1024.02 INSPECTIONS; FEE; REPLACEMENT OF NONCONFORMING SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   The inspection and approval of forms by the City Engineer is required before pouring concrete. The owner or contractor shall call the City Engineer and obtain his or her approval before pouring such concrete.
   (B)   A finished inspection by the City Engineer or the Building Department is required when the work is completed and the area cleaned up. The fee for such inspection shall be $0.15 per lineal foot of sidewalk constructed.
   (C)   In the event of a violation, the owner or contractor shall replace a sidewalk that is not in conformity with city standards.
   (D)   Prior to receiving a permit to repair or relay a sidewalk, the Building Commissioner shall determine if the replacement sections shall be so improved as to the city sidewalk standards and specifications as herein before prescribed or whether it will be improved to the existing sidewalk width and/or whether more sections need repaired or re-laid.
