§ 1023.04 SPECIFICATIONS FOR ACCESS DRIVEWAYS.

Access driveways shall be located not less than three feet from the property line. A hard surface drive pad shall extend a minimum of 20 feet from the street right-of-way. The grade of the driveway at any point shall not exceed 12%.
