§ 1023.02 SPECIFICATIONS FOR DRIVEWAYS IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   Residential driveways shall be located not less than three feet from the property line and shall not be more than 20 feet wide. A drive pad equal to the width of the garage and extending 30 feet from the front of the garage may be installed in the case of a garage that is wider than 20 feet, however one edge shall be tapered at a deflection of 30 to 45 degrees to meet the specified driveway width. Drive aprons shall be flared three feet at each side where they meet the existing roadway. Concrete aprons installed on a street without curbs shall terminate 18 inches from the edge of the existing roadway and the remaining area filled with asphalt. The grade of the apron shall not exceed 8% for a distance of ten feet from the sidewalk and the maximum driveway grade at any point shall not exceed 12%.
