§ 1020.03 EQUITABLE REMEDIES.

The application of the penalty provided for in § 202.99 shall not be deemed to prevent or limit the city from availing itself of any other remedy it might have to prevent such work or to cause the removal of such work in the street even though a permit has been issued.
