§ 888.10 RIGHT OF COUNCIL TO REVIEW DESIGNATION.

Council hereby reserves the right to reevaluate the designation of the Community Reinvestment Area after December 31, 1996, at which time Council may direct the Housing Officer not to accept any new applications for exemptions, as described in Ohio R.C. 3735.67, with respect to any additional new construction thereafter commenced in the Community Reinvestment Area.
