§ 888.02 ESTABLISHMENT.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3735.66, a Community Reinvestment Area is hereby established as that area described and depicted in Exhibit “A” attached to original Ordinance 58-96, passed July 22, 1996, and made a part hereof as if fully rewritten herein.
