§ 236.17 BDC DEBT RETIREMENT FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established in and for the city a new debt retirement fund to be known as the BDC Debt Retirement Fund.
   (B)   The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and instructed to effect the intent of this section.
