(A) The position of Tax Administrator is hereby established for the city.
(B) The Tax Administrator shall perform such duties and have such obligations and responsibilities as are set forth in Chapter 880 of this Code of Ordinances and all other ordinances or resolutions passed by Council, or applicable statutes of the state, relative to municipal income taxes and/or municipal tax administrators.
(C) Such services are included by way of example, but not by way of limitation, and the Tax Administrator shall be part of the Department of Finance and under the supervision of the Director of Finance.
