(A) The owners and/or operators of picnic groves that are rented for parties, gatherings and the like, within the city, are hereby required to stop by 10:00 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday and shall further require the grounds to be vacated, except for management and cleaning personnel, by 10:30 p.m. on such nights.
(B) The owners and/or operators of picnic groves within the city are hereby required to stop all music, dancing, parties or assemblies by 11:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights and shall further require the grounds to be vacated, except for management and cleaning personnel, by 12:00 midnight on such nights.
