(A) The license may be revoked or forfeited by the Mayor, the Director of Public Safety or the Chief of Police for disorderly or immoral conduct on the premises or for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, of state law or any ordinance of the city perpetrated or committed on the premises or by the licensee under this chapter.
(B) If any license is so revoked or forfeited then at least six months shall elapse before another license is issued to the licensee.
