A duly established and (if necessary) licensed business, where a sale facility has been approved by the city as being in conformance with the city’s Planning and Zoning Code, may sell any and all products from its property where the sale of said products is commonly incident to the conduct of said business, subject to any other regulations contained in this Code of Ordinances.
