§ 814.10 LIABILITY OF INNKEEPER.
   (A)   Where a license has been issued to any partnership, corporation or association to conduct a hotel, motel, tourist court, rooming house or lodging house, any person having charge, management or control of such places shall be liable to prosecution for any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, but is not responsible for the correctness of the information required by § 814.08.
   (B)   For the purpose of determining the liability of any person to prosecution for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, it shall be sufficient to show that such person was, at the time of the act of violation complained of, the person in actual charge, management or control of the hotel in which such act is alleged to have been committed.
