§ 814.05 LICENSE REVOCATION.

The Building Commissioner may revoke any license issued under this chapter for violation of any provision of such chapter. Before such revocation, however, the licensee shall be notified and upon request shall have a hearing before a board consisting of the Building Commissioner, Chief of Police and Director of Law.
