§ 812.08 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.

The provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to apply to any person carrying, distributing, scattering or placing handbills, posters, advertising matter, newspapers or periodicals or other similar matter and to any person responsible for the publication or circulation thereof or in whose interest the same are published or distributed, including the advertisers therein.
