§ 230.06 GRANT ADMINISTRATOR.
   (A)   There is hereby created the position of Grant Administrator.
   (B)   The Grant Administrator shall be compensated as determined from time to time by Council.
   (C)   The Grant Administrator is hereby required to submit a written monthly report to Council on or before the second meeting of each month. Such report should include a summary of the status of all pending grants, applications and programs for which grants have been received.
