(A) At the present time, through the adoption of the other subchapters constituting this chapter, the present design and development standards have been updated and revitalized to the extent currently possible. Essentially, these are the same standards which have been used to create the town as it now exists.
(B) By following the same pattern of development until new efficient and desirable design standards can be created, the community’s ability to accommodate the present and future housing needs of the residents of the town will continue.
