The Building Official is designated as the Floodplain Administrator. The Floodplain Administrator may delegate performance of certain duties to other employees. In the temporary or permanent absence or unavailability of the Building Official or Floodplain Administrator for any reason, the Town Council may temporarily designate a person or entity to fulfill the duties of the Building Official and/or Floodplain Administrator by resolution.
