Whoever shall keep or maintain a house of ill fame, or a house or other place resorted to for the purpose of prostitution; or whoever shall lease to another a house, room or structure, or a portion thereof, to be used for the purpose of prostitution, or any other lewd, lascivious or immoral purpose, the lessor knowing or having reason to believe that the place is to be used for any of such purposes, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
