§ 132.01 DISORDERLY HOUSE.
   Provided that the actions of a person charged with a violation of this section do not include or arise from activity that is part of the entire field of regulation of firearms and ammunition preempted by the state pursuant to F.S. § 790.33 and HB 45, and all future amendments and revisions thereof as the same may be amended from time to time, whoever shall permit persons of disorderly character to assemble in any house or trailer or other place under their possession, custody or control shall be deemed guilty of keeping a disorderly house and a misdemeanor.
