(A) Provided that the actions of a person charged with a violation of this chapter do not include or arise from activity that is part of the entire field of regulation of firearms and ammunition preempted by the state pursuant to F.S. § 790.33. F.S. and HB 45, and all future amendments and revisions thereof, as the same may be amended from time to time, the creation of any unreasonably loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise in the town is unlawful and prohibited.
(B) Noise of such character, intensity and duration as to be detrimental to the life or health of any individual is unlawful and prohibited.
