§ 130.03 IMPERSONATING OFFICER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to exercise, or assume to exercise, any of the powers conferred upon any police officer, or other law enforcement officer, sheriff, deputy sheriff or detective, or to represent or hold himself or herself out as such officer.
