§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the terms of § 110.01 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100 or a sentence not to exceed 30 days in jail, and each day of such violation shall be considered to be a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person, firm, corporation or agent violating or deemed in violation of any of the provisions of §§ 110.15 through 110.18, if not otherwise provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not more than $500, and/or imprisonment for not more than 60 days. Each day or fraction thereof the violation continues shall be considered as a separate offense.
