(A) No alcoholic beverages may be sold, consumed, served or permitted to be served or consumed in any place holding a license under the Division of Beverage within the corporate limits of the town, except as follows: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. Monday through Friday; 7:00 a.m. Saturdays to 3:00 a.m. Sundays; 2:00 p.m. Sundays until 3:00 a.m. Mondays.
(B) On New Year’s Eve, December 31, except when December 31, falls on a Sunday, the hours shall be 7:00 a.m. December 31 to 7:00 a.m. of the following day.
(C) When December 31 falls on Sunday, then the hours shall be 2:00 p.m. December 31 until 7:00 a.m. of the following day.
