(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating § 92.01 may be fined in a sum not to exceed $100, or may be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 30 days, or may be both so fined and imprisoned within the discretion of the court. Each day an offense continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

(C) Any person violating any provision of the National Fire Code, 1985 edition or the Life Safety Code, 1985 edition (§ 92.02), shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of no more than $250 or imprisonment for a period of not more than 30 days for each offense.
