All persons using the private and public beaches within the town shall comply with and abide by the following rules and regulations.
(A) No person shall dress or undress on the beach except in taking off or putting on dressing robes and shoes.
(B) No person shall be dressed indecently or act indecently or be attired in indecent apparel.
(C) No person shall take any dog, cat or other animal or pet upon either the private or public beaches.
(D) No person shall place or deposit on the private or public beaches any newspapers, cans, bottles or other trash or refuse, but rather shall deposit the same in receptacles prepared therefor.
(E) No person shall sell or barter any article of personal property, tangible or intangible, on any of the private or public beaches.
(F) No person shall use loud, boisterous or profane language upon the private or public beaches.
