§ 90.06 VICIOUS AND DANGEROUS DOGS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain any dog which attempts to bite other persons or which has bitten or has a propensity to bite other people. Any such dog shall be considered to be a vicious dog and any public safety officer may destroy such dog without impounding the same or giving notice to the owner.
